Position Overview: As a roll-off truck driver, you’ll play a key role in Avian Carting’s waste management operations. You’ll be responsible for safely operating roll-off trucks to deliver and pick up dumpsters from customer sites. Whether it’s residential, commercial, or construction projects, you’ll provide prompt and professional service, while following all safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate roll-off trucks to deliver, load, and unload dumpsters at various customer locations.
- Follow scheduled routes for timely delivery and pickup of waste containers.
- Communicate with dispatch for routing updates and customer needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering any questions and maintaining a professional demeanor during interactions.
Qualifications:
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL), preferably with endorsements for operating heavy trucks.
- Prior experience driving roll-off trucks or similar heavy-duty vehicles preferred.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and securing loads.
- Strong time management skills and ability to follow routing schedules.
- Dependable, safety-oriented, and able to work independently.
